Enclosed is a notification addressed from the FInancial Intelligence Centre (FIC) to all Owners, Shareholders, Boards of directors, Chief executive officers, Principals, and Senior management of Estate agent entities. It is imperative that estate agent entities promptly fulfill the requirement to complete and submit any pending risk and compliance returns as outlined in Directive 6 of 2023.
